We make sure to arrive nice and early, so that we can get everything up and running in good time. We handle everything, bringing the food and the set-up, and delivering the food at whatever time you specify. You can choose to have it be more of an open buffet or a stricter queue depending on the size of the event. Afterwards, we pack up and make sure everything is cleared away properly, always the professionals.
